Legislation is never perfect.  Both the Employee Free Choice Act and the Employment Non-Discrimination Act are crucial pieces of legislation to end work-place discrimination, but neither can solve discrimination by themselves.  Together they create a web of protection to stop outright discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people (or people who bosses think might be LGBT) in larger companies and provide the ability for unions to bargain for legally binding contract language to end workplace discrimination in smaller companies.

In this section you'll find the resources you need to speak compellingly and act effectively to pass both pieces of legislation.
